Group Training

Group training sessions typically occur week day afternoons/evenings and occasional weekends in the fall when the days get short and school is back in session. These are 3-4 hour sessions on a track. The trainer will explain and demonstrate the techniques and how they benefit riders. A variety of drills are used to re-enforce these techniques and build good habits. These sessions will typically be broken down into 1 to 3 groups based on skill levels and bike size if needed.

Small Group Training

The small group training sessions are based on our group training with a limited number of riders. These are excellent for siblings and friends to training together and get more seat time and instruction than a typical group session. These do not have a regular scheduled time so contact us to schedule a session or inquire about being matched up with another rider(s) that has similar challenges or goals.

1:1 Training

One on one training can be scheduled any day of the week based on availability. These are a 3 hour sessions that will be planned for each rider to address their skill level, challenges, and any goals. These sessions are mostly seat time, minus instruction and any required breaks.

Chase-based Training

These session are typically 1 to 1 based and can be done at our compound or a track of your choice. The rider will spend part of their day trying to catch and pass the coach and the rest of the time trying to stay in front of the coach or other rider. The other rider is faster than the rider taking the training giving them an important challenge to meet to work towards building the pace of the faster rider.
